A written check-in, by email — usually within 48 hours, always within 7 days — covering how your energy has moved since your last reading, what's settled, and whether anything still wants attention. It's briefer than a full Chakra Reading by design — and priced accordingly.

When to book it

Around six months after a Chakra Reading is the natural rhythm. Energy needs time to shift and recalibrate — what a reading sets in motion doesn't land overnight, and leaving a stretch of months gives it room to actually move. There's nothing strict about the timing: come sooner if something has changed noticeably, leave it longer if things feel steady.

You're welcome to book this without having had a full reading first, but you'll get more from it if you have something to compare against — otherwise the Chakra Reading is the better starting point.
